Begin slowly
A warm Golden Turmeric drink.
A quiet space.
A slower start to the day.

The practice
​A gentle meridian-based flow,
opening the spine, hips, and back body.
Unhurried.
Unforced.

A deeper layer Informed by Body Electronics and point hold 
working with the body as a field of energy and memory.
Supporting a natural process of inner healing,
as the body begins to soften and release what it no longer needs to hold.

Timing
Morning practice begins at 7.30am
and closes in time for breakfast, served 8.30 – 9.00am

Included
Offered as part of your stay.
Contributions, if you feel to, are quietly welcomed.

Yoga Nidra
​A guided practice of deep rest.
Held in the yurt as the fire softly crackles,
or within the croft beside the hearth.
£55 per couple
