Morning Meridian Yoga at Wester Auchraw Croft

A slow, breath-led practice for stillness, peace and gentle awakening in the Perthshire Highlands.

Morning Meridian Yoga at Wester Auchraw Croft is a gentle, breath-led practice for guests staying above Loch Earn in the Perthshire Highlands. This one-hour morning flow begins with box breathing, moves through a slow sun salutation, and opens the body gradually through the meridian lines like a flower unfolding into the day.

This is not yoga as performance. It is yoga as remembering: breath, body, land, stillness and peace. Suitable for beginners, returners and anyone seeking a softer, more spacious start to the morning.

Morning practice begins at 7.30am
and closes in time for breakfast, served 8.30 – 9.00am

Booking
Available by request for staying guests.
Please book before arrival or by 6pm the evening before.
Price
The practice is offered as a living exchange rather than a fixed class fee. Most guests contribute between £15-£25

Yoga Nidra is available by request.
Held by the fire or within the yurt.

Why Meridian YogaI am trained in Body Electronics and point holding, which informs the way I work with meridian yoga. This practice recognises that emotion, memory and tension can be held in the body, especially around energetic points and pathways.

Through slow movement, breath and stillness, the body is invited to soften and open. As these held places begin to release, energy can move more freely and the nervous system can settle.
