Timing
Morning practice begins at 7.30am and closes in time for breakfast, served 8.30 – 9.00am Booking Available by request for staying guests. Please book before arrival or by 6pm the evening before. Price The practice is offered as a living exchange rather than a fixed class fee. Most guests contribute between £15-£25 Evening Deep Rest Yoga Nidra is available by request. Held by the fire or within the yurt. £55 per couple Why Meridian YogaI am trained in Body Electronics and point holding, which informs the way I work with meridian yoga. This practice recognises that emotion, memory and tension can be held in the body, especially around energetic points and pathways.
Through slow movement, breath and stillness, the body is invited to soften and open. As these held places begin to release, energy can move more freely and the nervous system can settle. |
