Hatha Yoga in the morning and yoga nidra in the evenings in front of the crackling fire.
During the workshop, you'll delve into the intricate process of utilizing the plant dye Indigo. You'll grasp the preparation of the indigo solution and dye vat, enabling you to produce vibrant, enduring blues on natural fibers. Learn to master the art of folding, clamping, and binding fabric to craft elaborate Shibori resist patterns, which you'll apply to diverse fabric samples. Through experimentation, you'll gain proficiency in these techniques, culminating in the creation of a personalized Shibori design on a silk scarf to cherish at home.
